My Philosophy
I believe that allowing yourself to be touched by another is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. This is how I approach massage therapy; providing the gift of touch. I focus on treating you as a whole (body AND mind) with detailed, compassionate work in order to facilitate not only physical but emotional healing as well. I use a broad range of techniques ranging from Eastern and Western modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Reflexology to create a unique and personalized session accordingly to the needs of my client. Together, we can determine how I can best provide support and guide you through and beyond any current discomfort, pain, and limitation. I encourage you to take that first step with me in taking better care of yourself and feeling great.
